Steph Montgomery Erie Training Club President

President

Hi, I’m Steph. Born and raised in Erie, I’ve had a passion for physical activity since my freshman year of high school. I’ve always had a focus on running and my first introduction to triathlons sparked a lasting love for staying active.

Some people "train to race.” For me, it's more about "racing to train." While I find great satisfaction in completing a race after dedicated training, I greatly value the camaraderie of group workouts. Working out plays a significant role in my life, as it has always been my way of staying grounded and healthy. I keep races on my calendar throughout the year to maintain my focus and commitment to training.

When I’m not training or competing, you can catch me hard at work, selling real estate at Agresti Real Estate. I’m proud to be a top producer in Erie, earning the title of Erie’ Choice #1 Realtor for the past 4 years. I spend as much time as I can with my nieces, nephews, and furry feline friends. I'm hoping to earn another important title, #1 Aunt! I’m also highly connected to the community I love, from fundraising and volunteering to holding positions on various committees in the non-profit sector.

As the Erie Training Club leader, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting incredible people, many of whom have become close friends. The club welcomes individuals of all fitness levels working toward various goals. Whether you're a competitive athlete or focused on personal wellness, ETC drives you to stay active while connecting with like-minded individuals.

Meet the incredible ETC tribe members and come sweat with us.
